Postage and Packaging Costs

To the UK:

£2.50 for orders up to £20.00

£3.95 for orders up to £50.00

£5.00 for orders up to £75.00

£7.00 for orders over £75.00

All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class who aim to deliver by the next working day.

To members of the European Community:

£3.50 for orders up to £20.00

£5.00 for orders up to £50.00

£7.00 for orders up to £75.00

£10.00 for orders over £75.00

These prices apply to all orders below 2kg in weight. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail (which is the most reasonably priced method) and can take 10-14 days to deliver. If an order exceeds 2kg in weight it will be sent via courier. In this case we will contact you to advise of the correct postage rate.

Both First Class and Airmail are not trackable and therefore Hope Street cannot accept liability for any losses, delays or damages. We will of course retain proof of postage and carefully package orders, but postage is at the customer's own risk. If you wish to have your order sent by UK Recorded or International Signed-For (at an additional charge), then please let us know and we would be happy to give you a quote.

We make our products in small batches so that they are as fresh as possible. We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours but please allow up to 4 working days from receipt of order for dispatch. We know how important delivery is so we will keep you fully informed by sending you an e-mail when your item has been despatched.

All our packaging is 100% recyclable, compostable or reuseable.

Returns

We do hope that you will be pleased with your purchases and enjoy using them. But if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please return the goods, unused and in their original packaging, within 15 working days from the date of despatch, back to us at: Hope Street, Park View, 35 Lesson Road, Brixworth, Northamptonshire, NN6 9EE. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund but all returns must be unopened and unused. For Health & Safety Reasons we can not exchange items that have been opened. All postage costs (sending and returning) will be your responsibility. We will only accept liability for a refund of postage if the order was sent in error.

If returning goods please obtain a proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility untill they are returned back to us.

Once we receive the goods in their original condition, any payments made by you for your purchase will be refunded within 15 working days or, where applicable, replacement goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible with no further costs to you.

Cancellation of Order

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Please note if orders are cancelled and have been despatched you will need to return them please see our return policy. If they have been despatched you will not be refunded the postage costs.
